Lisa Robertson
Lisa Robertson’s photography has been featured in Toronto exhibitions, including Pink Rock Collective at the Women’s Art Association of Canada’s Dignam Gallery in 2018. Her work also appeared in Allure of the Forest in 2017 and Art of Junk in 2016, both part of the Scotiabank CONTACT Photography Festival, and the 5x5 Photography Exhibition at Open Gallery in 2014.
Working across nature, wildlife, landscape and abstraction, Lisa seeks to capture the feeling and energy of a moment. Changing light, movement, textures and atmosphere shape her images, inviting viewers to pause and look more closely.
Based in Toronto, Lisa is drawn to the quieter corners of the city and the natural world around her. A lifelong love of the outdoors and a curiosity about different ways of seeing guide her photography, revealing unexpected beauty in familiar places and small details that might otherwise go unnoticed.
